Where is my data stored?

All your events are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers except the event text temporarily sent for AI analysis. Once the analysis is returned, it is not retained.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel ButterflyEffect Pro from there. Apple handles all billing; we have no access to your subscription details.

The AI didn't find any chains — is that normal?

Yes. If events in your log don't have a plausible cause-and-effect relationship, the app won't create an artificial chain. Try adding more events throughout your day for better results.

How do I delete all my data?

Deleting the app removes all locally stored events from your device. There is no server-side account to delete.

The app shows "Service temporarily unavailable"

This is a rare maintenance state. Please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact us below.
